As of March 20, 2023, construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The work shall generally consist of: This project includes modifications and rehabilitation of an existing wet well, construction of a new sanitary sewer lift station packaged system with duplex pumps, integrated controls and an above-ground valve vault, demolition of an existing valve vault, and associated site piping. Two (2) existing sanitary sewer brick manholes will also be rehabilitated. In submitting Proposals for the planned work, the Bidder shall declare that only persons or parties interested in the proposed work as Principals are those contained in the Proposal; and that the Proposal is made without collusion with any other person, firm or corporation.
