2022-1 CCMG Paving Projects

**As of July 25, 2022, project was awarded to E and B Paving, awarded amount is $196,168 ( $196,167.73) .** The project set consists of HMA resurfacing, with full depth HMA patching and subgrade improvements as required along various streets throughout the City of Cannelton. Questions for the Engineer should be directed to Nick Pierce, PE of Clark Dietz, Inc., 120 W. Spring Street, Suite 400, New Albany, Indiana 47150, PH: 812-670-4127, email: nick.pierce@clarkdietz.com. All questions shall be submitted prior to 12:00 PM (Central Time) on Monday June 6, 2022. The final addendum addressing all questions received will be issued no later than end of business on Wednesday June 8, 2022. Bids are to be submitted on the forms furnished within the contract document Project Manual with the required bond and/or check, properly executed in accordance with the directions contained in the Instructions to Bidders. The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest responsive, responsible bid and the criteria defined in the Bid Form and Instructions to Bidders. The City desires to promptly award this contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in order to have an executed agreement on or before July 11, 2022. The City of Cannelton reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality or technicality in any bid.
