| Description | The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a thirty-six (36) months Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service agreement for the removal of scrap tires at various facilities operated by the City of Dallas. The City of Dallas is seeking a qualified and responsible vendor to pick up, transport, and dispose of waste/scrap tires in accordance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and in accordance to the specifications set forth within this request for solicitation. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. These services will be used in conjunctions with City services. |
