Retractable Roof Repairs

MICC-FC received a request for: The contractor shall Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and any ancillary work indicated and/or specified for performing the following requirement Retractable Roof Repairs. 2.1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To accomplish this objective, under the provision of Section C of the contract, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), the following sections of this Statement of Work, and provided drawings, the Contractor shall: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and any ancillary work indicated and/or specified for performing the following requirements: 2.2. The contractor shall complete (BLDG 2191 RETRACTABLE ROOF REPAIRS) to a level fully functional and capable for operation, in strict accordance with drawings #10658, specifications IAW SECTION C and special conditions which are subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. 2.3. REPAIRS: Contractor shall repair, replace, and perform maintenance on motorized roof structure. Specialized technician shall be used to perform this work. All corrective actions and minor adjustments shall include but not be limited to the replacement or repairs of; 288 replacement wheels, 1 switch assembly, 4 limit switches, 1 capacitor, 2 #50 chains with links, 28 pulleys, miscellaneous fasteners, and caulking. After completion of work, retractable roof shall be fully operational. 2.4. CLEAN and RECOAT: Contractor shall wash exterior of roof system and recoat with a new field repairable weathering finish.
