| Description | PN-2022-008 Washoe County School District Washoe County School District, in accordance with the provisions of NRS 338 Complete removal of gym roof (roofing membrane to deck), with structure to remain. Remove existing roof-mounted and suspended mechanical, plumbing, and lighting equipment. Install new metal roof deck to be fastened to existing structure and perimeter walls. New roofing system installed over new metal deck. Install new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. The Contractor shall call the project site and make arrangements for a time to visit.
