Removal of Existing Fixed Pier Floating Dock System Anchorage H-Pile Installation The City of Marquette reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No BID shall be accepted unless accompanied by a BID SECURITY payable to The City of Marquette in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid.
