The firm that is selected will design a comprehensive layout plan for parking, storage, grading for the Parks Maintenance Yard that will guide yard operations, services and facilities over the next 5-10 years. The selected consultant will produce architectural and construction drawings for the shop area of the Park’s maintenance building and for the entire parking/storage yard area.
