The Contractor Shall Provide And Install as Follows A. All Trenching for Water Lines Will Be A Minimum 36 Inches below grade. 1. Sand as needed to bed and cover pipe. 2. Using exiting excavated backfill to top out ditches after sand is used for covering the new pipe. 3. Saw cut one road crossing. 4. Utility’s will be tunneled or bored. 5. Provide a gravel base for roadway and provide 8 inches of concrete for finish. 6. Provide and lay 1700 foot of class 250 water main to 36 inches in depth 7. Provide and lay up to 160 foot of 6-inch class 250 to reconnect 4 branch lines. 8. Provide and install 2- 8 by 8 by 6-inch T’s. 9. Provide and install 1 line tap to a 2-inch fire hydrant line. 10. Provide and install 1-8-inch gate valve. 11. Provide and install 2-6-inch gate valves. 12. Provide and install valve boxes for gate valves. 13. Provide and install 2-inch gate valve for the hydrant. 14. Tracer wire and buried water main caution tape. 15. Work based on 5-day work week 7:00am to 4:30 pm. 16. Testing of system. 17. Reseeding and cover (erosion Control) to be included. 18. One-year warranty on materials and workmanship
