| Description | SITE VISIT: N/A Question and Answer Due Date: August 2, 2023 by 12 Noon, E-mail only to: Purchasing@piscatawaynj.org Wastewater and Road Waste Sample Testing Bids can be hand delivered to the Municipal Building by calling the Purchasing Agent Purchasing@732-562-2321. If using an outside delivery and/or messenger service (i.e. Federal Express, UPS, etc.), please note the following: The Township will not be responsible for deliveries made prior to or after normal business hours, or to any other office, or for the failure of a bidder to affix the label provided with the bid package on the courier envelope. Surety in the form of a bid bond, certified check or Cashier's Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to the Township of Piscataway shall submit with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of total bid. |
