Description

The Contractor shall receive, for the purpose of composting; Yard Trim as enumerated in section 14.4. The Contractor shall provide a list to the County of unacceptable items. The Yard Trim will be delivered in packer style, roll-off, semi-trailers, or split body trucks from designed haulers from County curbside routes. All material may be compacted. The designated haulers will be responsible for quality control and will not deliver material which is in non-biodegradable containers or bags. 15.2 Once unloaded all Yard Trim received at the processing facility or transfer facility shall become the property of the Contractor.
