The Project consists of a two (2) year contract with two optional one (1) year extensions to perform roadway maintenance and repair on an as-needed basis, as directed by the Borough of Montvale. Pay items include milling, hot mix asphalt base and surface courses, various types of curb repair, sidewalk repair, and infrared pavement repair.
