Lake County Park Improvements - Lake County

Plans call for improvements, including restrooms, tree planting, installation of shade structures, signs, drinking fountains, trash receptacles and benches at the following parks: • Clearlake Oaks: Boat launch and Nylander Park. • Kelseyville: Kelseyville, Lakeside and Pioneer/Saderlund parks. • Lower Lake: Russell Rustici Park. • Lucerne: Alpine Park, Davis Beach and Lucerne Harbor Park in Lucerne. • Middletown: Middletown Square. • Nice: Hammond, Hinman, Keeling and Rodman Slough parks. Per the owner, as of October 31, 2022, design will be done in-house. The owner states that a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, however construction is anticipated to begin in 2023
