Water Treatment Equipment Supplier

Last Day for Inquires: January 5, 2023, at 5:00 PM, MST Background The City of Buckeye seeks a qualified water treatment equipment supplier to provide pricing options for a portable Reverse Osmosis (RO) system for the Well 7 site. The three options sought are: capital lease for 12 months with option to purchase after the 12-months, pricing without any lease, or leasing for 12 months. The objective of the project is to reduce the mineral content of water produced for distribution. Site Description The site of the work is the Sundance Well 7 Site at 1380 S. 220th Lane in Buckeye, AZ. The water produced at this site is delivered to the Sundance Water Campus where it is combined with well water from several nearby wells and treated for removal of arsenic using a coagulation-filtration process. Well 7 produces approximately 515 gallons per minute with a line pressure at the well head of 40psi. The Well 7 pump is lubricated with mineral oil. Project The portable RO system will be capable of treating a portion of the well water and blending with the remaining untreated well water. Concentrate from the RO system will be discharged to the sewer. The RO system should be capable of producing 310 gallons per minute of permeate at a recovery of not less than 85%. o A proposed site plan layout is provided as Attachment A to this document.
