| Description | O.B. Sherry Park - 3457/3461/3465 Milwaukee Street Demolition and Site Restoration Prequalification Application due by 8/18/22. Estimated Start Date: 10/17/2022 It is anticipated that the City of Madison will issue a Start to Work letter on or about October 17, 2022. Work under the contract shall be substantially complete by December 16, 2022. This shall include final inspections completed by the City Project Manager or City Construction Manager, and other regulatory inspections as required. All bids, sealed or electronic, must be accompanied with a Bid Bond (City of Madison form) equal to at least 5% of the bid or a Certificate of Annual/Biennial Bid Bond or certified check, payable to the City Treasurer. Bid deposit of the successful bidders shall be returned within forty-eight (48) hours following execution of the contract and bond as required. |
