Bidders must be listed in or be an agent of a Company listed in PennDOT Bulletin/Publ. 14. Further instructions are detailed in the Proposal Form. Bidders may submit proposals on any individual item, combination of items or all items. The Hanover Township Board of Supervisors and/or Greene Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts of proposals. |
