Description

Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of a right turn deceleration lane, driveway culverts, sidewalk, and removal/reconstruction of the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Highway 6 and Vicksburg Blvd. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday March 23rd, at 11:00 a.m. Local Time. The pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. A Teams invitation will be distributed via Civcast prior to March 23rd. Attendance by each prospective bidder or its representative at the pre-bid conference is MANDATORY, and no Bid will be opened unless the bidder or representative was present at the pre-bid conference.
