Health Suite at E Russell Hicks Middle School

Includes interior renovations to an existing middle school. The existing staff lounge, a storage closet, & a private office will be renovated to provide a new health suite, including a health room, exam / office, restroom & storage. The renovations will not increase the building height or area and will result in a decreased occupant load within the area of work. No additional plumbing fixtures are required by code, however one new unisex restroom is being provided within the new health suite. A new rooftop erv unit is being added to serve the new health suite and the existing steel roof joists will be reinforced to support the new load.
