Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boulder City, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a power facility; and for site work for a road / highway. Install an underground distribution feeder along San Felipe Drive and Mendota Drive from Adams Boulevard to Georgia Avenue, and tie the feeder into the existing lateral at four locations. This project will create a feeder tie between Substation 3 and Substation 5, and will improve service reliability to homes in the area. Substation 3 upgrade.
