Street and Drainage Improvements

Reconstruction of Pablo Avenue from Grade School Road to Ella Street, Ella Street from Esther Avenue to Ruby Avenue and Mesa Street from Highway 435 to Western Avenue. Includes cold milling, excavation, subgrade preparation, base course, asphalt surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, concrete valley gutter and other miscellaneous items to provide a complete and functional project. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding.
