Project YTPM 23-3001 Maintain Pavement Markings Statement of Work Dated 31 Jan 2023, Drawings, Wage Determination Number MA20230019 dated 27 January 2023 and accompanying documents. An Invitation For Bid (IFB) will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation is issued as an IFB using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310, with a size standard of $45.0 Million. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The contactor is required to be certified in SAM when bid is submitted. Notice of Compliance with Contract insurance requirements and Bid Bond (Standard Form 24) along with Representations and Certification documents must be submitted with your bid via Standard Form 1442. IAW FAR 36.204 the Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. A scheduled site visit has been established for Wednesday 15 March 2023 at 11:00AM EST. REFER TO SECTION L OF THE SOLICITATION FOR CURRENT INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. "Notice to Bidders" - The bid will be evaluated on Total Evaluated Price of All CLINS (0001 to 0020), The award of this contract will be based upon the Total Cost of the project. Location for Bid opening is 439 CONF/PKB at 250 Airlift Drive, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA 01022-1507 (Also identified in Section L) Mailed in or hand delivered bids will be the only acceptable transmission method.
