Senior/Community Center

The Work, in general, will include the following schedule of Work: a single lump sum contract for the construction of a new municipal senior community center building which includes kitchen and dining facilities, a food pantry, and gymnasium /fitness area. The project includes approximately 2.75 acres of site development along with the construction of an approximately 22,000 sq. ft. building. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. The City of Waupun reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
