Northwest Louisiana Swim Complex

The scope of work included for this project includes the construction of pools, the renovation of an existing building, and other general sitework. A cashiers check, certified check, or acceptable Bidders Bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted including consideration of alternates, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into a Contract and execute such bonds as may be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids. Such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Forming and Accessories, Concrete Reinforcing, Concrete Finishing.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Special Coatings, Cementitious Coatings.
Division 13 -	Special Construction, Swimming Pools, Recirculating Gutter Systems, Swimming Pool Accessories, Swimming Pool Cleaning Equipment.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
