Re-Bid Campus Sidewalk, Stairs, Masonry and Roadway Improvements

As of 09/20/2023 this project has been completed by G. Donovan Associates. Project Description: The work involves the mill and overlay of bituminous concrete pavement, replacement of concrete sidewalks and stairs, masonry repairs, storm drainage repairs, landscaping, and related site work. Summary of Work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Demolition activities. 2. Milling and overlay of bituminous concrete pavement. 3. Installation of concrete sidewalk and accessible ramp installation. 4. Installation of concrete stairs. 5. Installation of storm drainage catch basin, frame & grate, and rebuilding of block above basin walls. 6.
