Description	The District to install an elevator to the second floor of the District Office located at 503 N Sequim Avenue in Sequim, WA. The District intends to construct the elevator shaft outside of, but adjacent to, the existing building footprint. Design Services to include the full design of the elevator, shaft, and support systems. Design also to include any relocations necessary for outdoor equipment at the location, as well as landscaping relocation or replacement. The elevator design is to be complete.
