County Davis S. Project C019.2 Pawnee US Army Corps of Engineers 14 Project T050 Pawnee US Army Corps of Engineers 15 Project T219 Pawnee Work on this project includes constructing a Waterway, applying Flexamat and sod, removing and disposing of debris, closing and grading tank dikes, and planting. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. If the bid exceeds $50,000.00, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. A contract must be executed within twenty (20) days following the award to the successful bidder.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks, Facility Aboveground Fuel-Oil, Storage Tanks, Containment-Dike, Steel, Aboveground Fuel-Oil, Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates, Turf and Grasses, Sodding.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities.
