The first floor is to include breakfast area, pantry, great room, meeting room, lobby, market, swimming pool, fitness, offices, laundry, work room, staff studio rooms, and mechanical rooms. Guestrooms are located on floors two through four. The project is anticipated to commence in Fall '23 with a 14.5-month total duration.
