Parks Janitorial Services

The City of Grapevine, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the City) is seeking Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and experienced janitorial service firms to perform services at various parks, medians, right-of-way's, facilities, open spaces, and athletic complexes within the City of Grapevine as described in the specifications. The contract will be awarded to the proposer providing the best overall proposal score to the City of Grapevine as determined by the evaluation criteria as stated in the proposal and in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. The cycle frequencies stated herein are an accurate reflection of the City's anticipated needs. However, due to budget contingencies and weather fluctuations, cycle frequencies may be adjusted at any time during the contract period. At no time will adjustments to the bid prices offered be imposed to the City. Bid prices will be held firm during the contract period. The contract will be for an initial one-year period with options to renew for nine additional one-year periods. The annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in December 2022 or January 2023. All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. December 5, 2022 electronically. RFP submittal results will be presented to the City Council at which time the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informalities in the RFP responses.
