This is an interior buildout of approximately 9,912 square feet. Store will be closed during Remodel and its will be a 3-week construction schedule (max). Store team will relocate all of the product from the store prior to the remodel and we will do this project during normal business hours (and 2nd shift if necessary) This store already has a polished concrete floor; however we will need to source a vendor to touch up around the edges where the old wood wall fixtures likely still have carpet underneath. Not looking for an entire refinish of the store, but need to blend some of the areas that will need cleaned up. Fixture Package is a new concept from TRIAD Manufacturing. Owner will supply the fixtures, you receive, unload, and install. Link below will take you to the cut sheets. Assume Data wiring by our IT team and their vendors, but again, electrician required for power and conduits as needed. Lighting Package is new. Owner will supply, Fixtures Contractor to install Anticipated start date of Monday 10/10 or 10/17. Plan would be turnover to the store team on the 3rd Friday.
