| Description | During the bidding for the project, Contractors will be required to submit their DBE information on the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) new Local Let DBE website. Please see Proposal Note 13 (PN 013) in the Federal and State Requirements section of the Bid Documents. All waste materials generated from this project must be taken to the Wood County Landfill for disposal. Domestic steel use requirements as specified in section 153.001 of the Revised Code apply to this project. Copies of section 153.001 of the Revised Code can be obtained from any of the offices of the Department of Administrative Services. |
