Description | SCOPE OF WORK: The government requires two (2) 50,000 CFM Tier lll 174 horsepower diesel powered units to collect airborne dust and debris from encapsulated space of approximately 329,000 cubic feet. For each unit the following will be required. Contractor must supply four (4) 300 feet of 20 inch duct hose. The collector must have a reverse pulse jet system, auger system for removing dust and debris, and a hopper mounted pneumatic vibrators. A flexible discharge hose and drum cover must be included for use with a 55 gallon drum. Unit must be trailer mounted with two 80 or greater gallon fuel tanks. The contractor is to setup and include installing ducting to the areas of the encapsulated structure. Contractor is responsible for all maintenance and repairs during the rental period. If at any point during the rental period the unit(s) should have a mechanical or performance issues the Contractor must provide a mechanic for repair 7 days a week upon notice from government. Repair must be made within eight (8) hours of notice. If unable to repair, the contractor shall provide a replacement within 48 hours. |
