Description | Deadline for question submission is 08/03/2022. All questions are to be submitted in writing to jzarr@pa.gov Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to perform janitorial services two (2) days per week at the PA State Police, at APU Reading, and in compliance with the specifications listed with four (4) one (1) year renewals. I-2. Specification and Quantity. o Contractor must meet with Officer-In-Charge (OIC) prior to beginning of contract to clarify work to be performed, expectations and security regulations. o Contractor must sign-in and sign-out all workers in station log book each visit. o Contractor must follow and sign JOB log sheet. o Contractor should follow the flooring manufacturer's maintenance and care recommendations. SPECIAL NOTE: PSP facilities that have a rubber matt flooring installed in fitness rooms do not require waxing see manufactures directions. o Vendor must CALL LANDLORD (SEE STATION COMMANDER) for directions on maintenance and cleaning of all floors. |
