| Description | Scope of Work: To include all necessary labor, material and equipment for a single prime contract with work consisting of 1) modification of and additions to the combustion air makeup and ventilation system serving the boilers and the boiler room, and 2) the addition of a reverse osmosis (RO) makeup water system to serve the boilers. All necessary work, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and general construction is to be included in this bid. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project. |
