Description Building 1 Cafe Renovation: Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC) - project will consists of all work required for the renovation of the existing cafeteria space: The overall, existing open space will be reconfigured to improve traffic flow of cafeteria customers. The majority of the work will include demolition, new wing walls, additional seating areas, a new coffee bar, new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, fixtures, millwork, ceiling systems, lighting, doors, walls, storefront and electrical infrastructure. There is not a sprinkler system in the space, however, the existing fire alarm devices shall be reworked to ensure that they are visible and accessible to the occupants.
