| Description | Valley Regional Transit is seeking bids from qualified and experienced bidders (individuals or firms) to perform construction services pursuant to construction service agreement. Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is seeking bids from qualified and experienced bidders (individuals or firms) to perform construction services pursuant to a "Construction Service Agreement." The services described by the Agreement and this RFB will include Rebuilding Two CNG Compressor Units and Inspection Services are more fully described in Exhibit A. The successful Bidder shall provide the construction services as described in Exhibit A for a designated project or on an ongoing basis for an initial term of three (3) years commencing on approximately December 27, 2022 and expiring on December 26, 2025 with an option to renew upon mutual agreement of both parties under the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one-year terms.
