| Description | Plumbing system for this project will consist of domestic water, sanitary sewer, and propane gas systems. Piping, fixtures and equipment for these systems will be designed to serve the new building point 5’-0” outside the building. At this point, the Site Utility Contractor will make utility connections. Plumbing systems design will be in accordance all local codes. This includes, but is not limited to the International Plumbing Code, 2018 Edition, International Fuel Gas Code, 2018 Edition and the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). |
