Description

The project scope involves steep slope shingle removal and replacement on an educational facility, approximately 2-3 stories or 28 to 40 feet in height, utilizing new standing seam metal roofing and fully adhered PVC single-ply roofing at perimeter inlaid gutters. The project encompasses approximately 22,500 square feet of roofing on the building listed above. Extensive electrical sub-contract work will also be required so Prime Roofing Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades
