| Description | The existing roof system, underlying insulation, roof accessories, sheet metal gutters, and perimeter edge metal shall be completely removed and discarded. As indicated in the Specifications, Drawings and Details, the Contractor shall install new vapor barrier membrane, new insulation and a new Modified Membrane roof system, new flashings, new sheet metal, etc.. Vertical metal wall panels and soffits installed adjacent to the designated roof sections will be separately bid for removal and replacement with new pre-finished interlocking metal wall panels and flush soffit panels |
