The Work consists of the following two (2) existing water storage facilities within the City of Brighton: 1. North Star Spheroid Tank - Repair, restoration and recoating a 600,000-gallon spheroid elevated water storage tank with a low-water level of 110-ft (estimated 154-ft high-water level) located at 7950 Conference Center Drive in Brighton, Michigan. 2. Summit Street Standpipe Tank - Repair, restoration, and recoating of a 770,000-gallon standpipe water storage tank with a sidewall height of 75-ft and an estimated diameter of 42-ft located at 169 Summit St. in Brighton, Michigan.
