Removal/replacement of a concrete sidewalk at the Columbia County Health Care Center Wyocena, Wisconsin. Removal and replacement of front entrance sidewalk and repair of sidewalk in front of South wing of facility. • Remove and dispose of old concrete. • Regrade area with ¾ crushed gravel and compact. • Place steel rebar every 3-4 ft. on center. • Form area to be replaced. • Pour concrete at least 4 ½ - 5” thick. • Light broom finish with saw cut control joints. • Seal with a curing sealant. • Area measurements: o 13 x 20 o 10 x 40 o 70 x 20 o 25 x 5 o 55 x 9 o Approximately 2230 sq. ft
