Description | **As of October 11, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 17th, 2023.** Removal of all existing field light poles and switchgear and installation of new Musco led light poles and new 400A switchgear. Installation of new parking lot lighting at parking lot on northwest section of park. The work involves all site work as marked in the approved set of plans to construct new Field Lighting at Swarthout Park located at 350 W. Euclid Avenue. The work involves the demolition of all existing wood light poles including all wood power poles, installation of new LED Field Lighting with metal poles and new 400A switch gear with underground service (the "Project"). Any questions regarding this Project or bid packet must be submitted by email to jvillaverde@cityofelcentro.org by Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 5:00 PM to allow time for distributing answers and/or clarifications to plan holders. Any responses to questions will be provided by Addendum. No oral comments shall be of any force or effect with respect to this solicitation. The contractor shall possess a Class C-10 Electrical Contractor license at the time this contract is awarded. |
