Description

The Facilities Management Department (FAC) of Johnson County KS is requesting competitive sealed proposals and qualifications for IFB# 2023-023 Generator Maintenance and Repairs. The Johnson County Facilities Management Department maintains a diverse portfolio of properties from which services are provided to County Residents and public. The facilities total approximately 2.8 million square feet in over 78 buildings and structures. The primary goal for Johnson County Facilities Management is to create and sustain safe, innovative environments and deliver high quality services to support a productive County government and community. The awarded provider(s) for this IFB shall be united with the FAC department in working toward this goal. Contracts resulting from this IFB will be for varied individual projects valued below one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) during the contract term. Projects valued above one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) will be solicited separately. Virtual bid openings are held via Zoom Meeting publicly on the opening date and at the opening time specified on the IFB document at the link provided below. Bidders may notify the purchasing administrator no less than two (2) business days before the bid opening if they wish to attend the bid opening in person for accommodation.
