| Description | Goals: MBE: 12% - 15% and WBE: 10% - 13%. This projects scope of work is primarily for full width milling, in advance of city crew paving, for various locations in the 5th & 6th Highway Districts of the City. The contractor will also be responsible to reset manholes and utility boxes as noted in the specifications in accordance with the appropriate utility agencies construction methods and make base repairs as needed. This Scope also includes the paving and placing the paving markings for Woodhaven Road (Access Road) by the contractor as indicated in the location list. This Scope also includes the removal of concrete rumble strip and installation of asphalt rumble strips across the width of the roadway surfaces listed in the hard rumble strip location list. |
