| Description | It is the intention of these specifications that the vendor hereunder shall furnish all labor,materials, tools, equipment, fuel, and supervision for lead abatement and repainting services at various locations in Baltimore County, as-needed on a time and material basis. Much of the work to be performed under this contract shall involve exterior surfaces. The Contractor must perform all abatement activities in full compliance with all local, State and Federal environmental and hazardous waste regulations. Wet scraping is an approved method for paint removal, or chemical stripping to a bare surface may be requested. The following methods are not allowed under this contract: pressure washing, steam cleaning, heat stripping, vacuum blasting, or dry sanding. | ||
