UV Replacement and Miscellaneous Improvements

Modifications at the Turkey Creek WRF will include modifications and improvements to the following areas: UV Building, installation of new UV equipment in the existing structure including new UV banks electrical and controls and modifications to the existing structure as required. Headworks, refurbishment of two climber screens and the replacement of the existing the screenings conveyor. Aeration Basins, installation of new dissolved oxygen and suspended solids probes and analyzers. Clarifiers, repair of spalling concrete at Clarifier 2 and 4, replacement of existing drives for Clarifier 1 and 2, inspection of Clarifiers 1, 2, 3 and 4 and replacement of corroded metals as required. Replacement of SCADA PLC equipment and associated programming at the Generator Building, RAS/WAS Pump Station Building and Solids Pump Station Building. Recoating of selected surfaces and miscellaneous improvements as shown on the Drawings. Modifications at the Prudes Creek WRF will include modifications and improvements to the following areas: Installation of new concrete UV structure and installation of new UV equipment. Headworks, replacement of the existing grit removal system and refurbishment of the process screw pumps. Clarifiers, replacement of drive control units for Clarifiers 1 and 2. Filters, replacement of pneumatically operated valves with electrically operated valves and replacement of the filter control panel PLC. Effluent Parshall Flume, installation of aluminum covers. Plant Drain Pump Station, conversion of the the existing plant drain pump station to a manhole and installation of a new plant drain pump station including wetwell, valve vault, pumps, piping and controls. RAS/WAS Pump Station, replacement of the existing submersible RAS/WAS pumps, demolition of local pump panel and installation of new RAS/WAS MCC at the Maintenance Building. Administration Building, convert existing storage room to Laboratory demolition, new doors and windows, lights HVAC modifications and finishes. Maintenance Buildings, convert existing laboratory to a storage area, including replacement of doors and installation of new HVAC units. Demolition of existing and installation of new RAS and WAS flow meters and vaults. Replacement of SCADA PLC equipment and associated programming at the Generator Building, Maintenance Building, Headworks Building and Plant Water Pump Station Building.
