Install New Pharmacy Clean Room Design Build

Project Scope Summary The Design-Build team shall provide all, labor, materials, tools and equipment, and design-build services necessary for design and construction of a project described here along with other specified tasks as further defined in a request for proposal (RFP) for Pharmacy Clean Room Project No. 595-20-202. The project shall be designed and completed in accordance with current VA guidelines, EPA requirements, VA Specifications and developed specifically to meet local requirements for the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon PA. Provide sufficient construction documents and construction services for a project that shall purchase and install a QleanAir Scandinavia; Adaptable Turnkey Clean Room Systems Solution modular clean room of approximately 220 total sqft in the inpatient pharmacy in Building 17. Included in this construction shall be demolition, procurement and installation of a modular clean room, purchase and installation of a new dedicated air handling unit, re-balancing of the remaining HVAC system and all necessary electrical and structural work to support this project. Offeror shall make layout changes, calculations, and provide documentation to support their design. Construction of the clean room shall be designed and installed as per the specifications and drawings approved through the Design and Project Design Team (PDT) process.
