Health Department Painting and Flooring Replacement

This project consists of painting and flooring replacement in two rooms of the Health Department building located at 1555 N 17th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631. This project will consist of general contractor performing painting and flooring renovations to two rooms in the existing building. Work shall include: 1. Remove and store all equipment and furnishings located in the rooms during renovation. Once work is completed, all equipment and furnishings shall be put back in original positions. 2. Remove and replace plumbing fixtures as necessary to facilitate new work. 3. Patching all walls. 4. Paint walls and door frames. 5. Remove existing sheet vinyl flooring and install new Mannington Bio-Spec flooring. Color to match existing exam rooms. 6. Remove and properly dispose of all trash generated by construction activities off site. 7. The project will be permitted through the Weld County Building Department. Fees for Weld County building permits will be waived. Any other fees to be paid by Contractor. 8. All work to be competed at nights or weekends when the facility is not open. 9. All trash must be picked up and areas cleaned prior to building opening each day
