Roof Areas A1-A6: a. Remove and dispose of the existing roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the existing lightweight insulating concrete. b. Full adhere felt-back thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane along with flashings and accessories as specified in Section 07 54 23 "Thermoplastic-Polyolefin Roofing". c. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim as specified in Section 07 62 00 "Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim" d. Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly. 2. Roof Area B1: a. Remove and dispose of the existing roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the existing insulation system to remain. b. Prepare existing low slope roof and provide steep slope retrofit framing to provide specified slope. c. Contractor shall be responsible to ensure retrofit framing and fasteners penetrating the roof system are installed in a watertight condition. d. Provide batt insulation over the existing roof system. e. Provide condensation control insulation and thermal spacers over zee purlin retrofit framing. f. Fully adhere metal roof panel underlayment. g. Provide standing seam metal roof panel system along with flashings, trim and accessories as specified in Section 07 41 13 "Metal Roof Panels". h. Provide a complete, weathertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly with 30-year finish warranty. 3. Exterior Wall Restoration: a. Replace through wall flashings at masonry elevation wall above roof level as specified in Section 07 65 00 "Through Wall Flashing". 4. Skylight Restoration: Provide silicone dense rubber extrusion overlay at aluminum to glass joints and aluminum to aluminum joints.
