| Description | The vendor/installer shall remove and properly dispose of twenty-three (23) existing kitchen and bathroom arrangements where new kitchen, bathroom cabinetry and tops are required. The vendor/ contractor shall supply and install twenty-three (23) kitchen and bath arrangements following the kitchen and bathroom specifications listed in the request for proposals. Vendor/contractor will be allotted five (5) working days for removing and installing complete (1) kitchen and (1) bath arrangements including everything listed under kitchen and bath specifications excluding any major change orders or unforeseen issues such as rotted framing, faulty wiring or plumbing or etc. |
