Description

Action is to consider the MCRWD special use application for a 40-foot right-of-way (ROW) to construct a water pipeline system and related facilities using high-density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) ranging in size from 2 to 6 inch diameter based on the volume of water requests of the area. After initial construction of the proposed pipeline and facilities, the permanent ROW will be minimized to 20 feet for use and maintenance.
