Construction of New Entry Park Signs

The Contractor is required to perform all the preparation necessary for the Construction of the New Park Entry Signs. Contractor shall permit, install and provide all supplies, labor, materials, equipment, machinery, tools, transportation, and other incidentals required. All work shall be in accordance with the Contract documents. The signs will be installed over a 550 calendar day period with approximately 45 signs in the first 9 months and approximately 45 signs in the next 9 month period. Neighborhood Parks Sign Specifications: Dimensions of sign shall be 28.5” high x 60” wide with a 12” addition to the top to accommodate the City Seal. Faux wood is the preferred material and the base bid is per sign for a one-sided sign only. Each sign will include the city seal, park name, appropriate park-specific graphic and the Parks & Recreation logo. The Contractor shall permit and install each sign. Community Parks Sign Specifications: Dimensions of sign shall be 48” high x 96” wide with a 12” addition to the top to accommodate the City Seal. Faux Wood is the preferred material and the base bid is per sign for a one-sided sign only. Each sign will include the city seal, park name, appropriate park-specific graphic and the Parks & Recreation logo. The Contractor shall permit and install each sign.
